Lasagna with spinach and xynomizithra or feta cheese

Ingredients

500 gr cleaned destemmed spinach

80 ml olive oil

100 gr diced onions

Salt

Pepper

1 minced carrot (optionally)

2-3 tbsp dill

14-20 lasagna

300 gr xynomizithra or 300 gr feta cheese

200 gr graviera (or similar melting cheese)

2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs

1250 ml milk

2 eggs

50 gr flour

80 gr butter

Salt

Nutmeg
