Crème caramel cake


Caramel ingredients

15 ml water

160 gr sugar

Cream ingredients

600 ml full-fat milk

4 eggs

200 gr sugar

1 vanilla

Cake ingredients

100 ml olive oil

100 gr sugar

100 ml full-fat milk

1 egg

1 vanilla

30 ml cognac or liquor or juice

100 gr plain flour

15 ml baking powder

30 gr cocoa powder



Wonderful cake! A dessert that combines 2 favourite childhood tastes, the chocolate cake and the crème caramel! Bake on the middle oven rack and use a 24 cm diameter cake form. We can also use a baking pan with steady bottom. Instead of margarine, we used olive oil.
