Ingredients
1 kg pork meat
125 ml olive oil
1 onion
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
85 ml wine (white or rosé)
4 large leeks
2-3 celery stalks (ribs)
2 eggs
juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp greek yoghurt

Pork with leeks, celery and a classic greek sauce called avgolemono (egg and lemon sauce) makes for an excellent combination!
