1 package greens pies with fennel

60-80ml olive oil for frying

For the cream cheese

180gr feta cheese

30ml milk

30ml olive oil

½  tsp pepper

For the creamy beet sauce

100-120gr boiled beets


20ml olive oil

15ml vinegar

2-3 garlic cloves

2 tsps grated walnuts

Optionally for the garnish

Minced onion

Grated walnuts

Pink peppercorn

Pumpkin seeds
